Consignments are handed over to India Post Speed Post. An official 13-character Speed Post Consignment Number (e.g.
EK...IN) is generated and linked to your order.

Pan-India Doorstep Transit

Free Component Replacement
If any electronic component, cable, or sensor arrives damaged in transit, report it within 7 days. We ship an immediate free replacement component with zero extra fees.
CANCELLATION & REFUND PROTOCOL
• Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Full 100% refund processed within 24 hours of payment if requested prior to physical postal handover.
• Post-Dispatch: Once in physical transit with India Post, postal handling and hardware logistics fees are non-refundable. For any technical difficulties or course assistance, our engineering support team is available at sil@marketechlabs.in.
